I can't help but think of my best friend when I hear this song. The lyrics just have so much meaning behind them. My favorite line in the song is "let me embrace you with this kiss. And together we'll float like Angels." It's amazing.

I think it's so interesting how chiodos uses other famous writings in literature for their lyrics.
For example, they use a lot of shakespearian quotes and in this song they refer to Edgar Allan Poe's poem "The Bells."

To the people that said chiodos is "emo" are dumb. They are no where near being emotional hardcore. And why do you find the need to define what type of music it is. How about you listen to it for what it purely is - simple music with simple lyrics and melodies.

There lyrics are AMAZING.
Craig Ownes IS fucking gorgeous.
The music is perfect.

But after they ave dropped Craig, who made Chiodo what they are, they will fucking suck. And they will loose there fan base, and they will be just another fad band. Kaithxbai.

This song basically describes my relationship with my best friend right now. I love her, she doesn't feel anything for me, but I'd do anything to make her happy, even though it makes me hurt knowing that she doesn't feel the same. I'm just glad she's happy.

ya, same chiodos obsessed. i got this cd. it ROCKS! the only thing is, they dont say ill stop stabbing when you stop screaming in the beginning. i may be wrong, but i listened 2 it over n over again, and ive only paid attention 2 it in theres no penguins in alaska.
its funny how they make up random names, or things that might mean what th song's about but they're referring to different things. i mean, this song title makes sense, so does all nereids beware, but like, there's no penguins in alaska has nothing to do wiht what the songs about. its kool tho.

oh well..
my friend kept telling me about chiodos, and i finally decided to listen to a couple songs. i'm hooked on craigery's ability to have a subtle-high pitched voice, as well as the ability to scream like alex varkatzas of atreyu.

i love this song! its one of the greatest, and has a very unique sound to it! all of them do. i was lookin on this guy's myspace, (he goes 2 skool w/ me) and saw this band and looked them up and im thankful for that. They're my favorite band, along with green day.
