The story of Celestial Season is hard to tell in just a few
lines. The band was formed back in 1991 as a doom metal
group. Celestial Season roamed the Dutch and European
stages for a few years. In 1995 the band decided to give in
to their passion for the organic groove and exchanged metal
for rock. The four remaining bandmembers kicked off a
voyage through the bounderies of rock music, driven by the
need to explore the dynamics in rock. In 1997 Celestial
Season released orange, an album inspired by the great
seventies rock bands. Their music was labeled as
stonerrock, a music style that became more popular in the
years that would follow. In 1998 Celestial Season had
finally found their strongest line-up. A year later they
