Caroline's Spine Lyrics
Caroline's Spine was first formed in 1993. Originally, it
was Jim Newquist preforming all of the instruments and
vocals, (except for a few select guitar solo's preformed by
Mark Haugh) in the ANZA Studio's in California. Not to long
afterwards they met Jason Gilardi. And they had a band.
Jason on drums, Jim and Mark doing vocal's. And Jim playing
bass with Mark on guitar. So finally they decided that this
is what they need to do. So they quit their jobs, sold
their belongings, broke up with their girlfriends, bought a
bus and went on More...

you know saving private ryan was loosly based on the sullivan brothers. and the ship they were on had alot of sets of siblings. the army had to then instate the sole survivor act. which is why siblings cant be stationd together

This song definitely resounds over World War Two. Its sad that this song is based off of the real 5 sullivan boys who were killed on the USS Juneau when a Japenese torpedo hit them on the port side twice and sunk them in the South Pacific. They were definitely famous heroes and I'm glad that Carolines Spine decided to respect them in a song. :)
