After meeting while on kitchen duty in prison, Capone and Noreaga went on to make the classic 1997 debut, “The War Report,” which sold nearly 500,000 copies with little radio airplay. While Capone (aka Kiam Holley) was thrown back in jail on a parole violation, Noreaga released 2 successful solo albums. Many record labels and tribulations later, the duo are back together and look to build off their last release, “The Reunion.”
