Those who accept and worship God, know excactly what this song is about from the first couple of verses. Also, if people did their research on this band, they would have seen Flyleaf is a Christian band. In truth there is freedom. Religion and Culture are all full of lies that make everything confusing. Jesus who went against the established religious groups of his day, declared himself to be "The Truth" and to offer freedom. If anything, this song kinda pokes at how stupid religion is if you want to look at it that way.. So many lies swirling around you. It's saying, CHOOSE FOR YOURSELF. If you think about it, every religious person was practically brainwashed from birth to believe a certain thing.
