These four young men have seemingly made the perfect modern rock album, balancing heavy riffs with powerful vocal crooning that brings to mind Creed or 3 Doors Down. Coming of Age is an album that benefits from solid musicianship, as each song sounds instantly familiar and likeable without sounding like a carbon copy of another group's hit. Lyrically, Brett Erickson sings about issues personal to himself, but those topics are very accessible and easy to understand from the listener's perspective. This personal attachment to the songs helps form a foundation for Breaking Point to the listener, and tracks like "Falling Down" and "Phoenix" stand out as two of the strongest so More...
