as a life long fan of blink 182 and its members i have always found this song, along witht the complet BCR album to be a breath of fresh air. I rememebr in an interview maybe on mtv...? then this album can out that Tom Delonge said that he was exploring a different part of his music and mind, and that making "this" kinds music was a way to deal with what he was feeling. I believe when her called BCR "this" he was dealing with the people who called "this" kins of music emo or dark but i find myself lucky to be able to see a part of his world throw another band. Over all good album, amazing song.

This song is about Tom being addicted to drugs.. he done something really bad to his body playing the guitar and had to get surgery cos he was in a lot of pain, however he still kept the drugs to "mask" the pain but it never went away. and this is what he kinda felt about his life.. he got sober and created AvA.. something like that, it's not about relationships for sure

its kind of hard to listen to this song because i fell for a boy who is going away to college in a few months and the lyrics remind me of how its going to be when he's gone. its crazy how this song says "I've given a lot of thought
on this 13 hour drive" because once he's gone away to college, if i were to visit him its a 13 hour drive from my house to his college. lol i cry every time i listen to this song but for some odd reason i cant stop listening to it :/
