Born To Do Dishes Lyrics - Queers

Review The Song (1)

Dishpan hands and pots and pans and ashtrays full of butts
Pearldiving's the life for me, I'm such a little putz
The heat, the slime, I've never been on time
I'm soaking wet, I'll never save a dime

Born to do dishes, I was born to do dishes
I was born to do dishes and my mom's really bummed out
I was born to do dishes fuck you, I'm just so proud
I was born to do dishes and my mom's really bummed out

The heat, the slime, I've never been on time
I'm soaking wet, I'll never save a dime

This song is a classic by The Queers. Bubble-gum punk at it's best. "DON'T BACK DOWN" and "LOVE SONGS FOR THE RETARDED" are two great albums to check out. The Queers are famous for their sense of humor and beer-soaked antics. They sound like a fusion between the Ramones and Beach Boys.
