Belphegor emerges as one of the most extreme line ups to ever come out of the death black metal scene. The band members themselves describe their diabolical hellride as "cruel and blasphemic hyperblast aggression", the attributes of hell that hit like the tip of a lance searing the Nazarene's flesh. Since 1991, these Austrians have established a committed fanbase thanks to three excellent full length releases, "The Last Supper" (1995 on Lethal Records), "Blutsabbath" (1997 on Last Episode Records) and the highly acclaimed "Necrodaemon Terrorsathan" (2000 on Last Episode Records). Belphegor's debut strike "The Last Supper" had not been available for years although it received great demand, and thus the band decided to rerelease it in 1999 under the banner of La More...
