The author's long-time song-writing partner Paul McCartney once said this was his favourite post-Beatle Lennon composition. What else needs to be said?

This was apparently written after a boating trip in the late-'70s, when Lennon wrote several of the tracks that would eventually be featured on the (almost posthumous) "Double Fantasy" album.

"Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans."
