personally i feel it is a shame to have such an awesome song with no current reviews so here it is, from me, a anti-typical head banger.

the seventh trumpet upon first hearing, slots all of the lyics into the fist three minutes, and the rest is just repetative (excuse the french)bollux. and as such, i didnt appretiate it for the first month or so after i bought the thrill seeker album. HOWEVER after further listening and a little research, the seventh trumpet quickly turned from a repetative pointless song, to a meaningfull peice of poetry, complimented by a strong bass line and intercate guitar work.

This song makes so much sense. August Burns Red is amazing. The guitar is carried throughout the verses and its just intoxicating. It shifts thru so many stages (emotions) and it makes sense with the lyrical content. Fucking Amazing.

If I absolutely had to pick a favorite song by ABR, this is it. The drums, the guitars, the vocals, the breakdowns; everything into one! I love how they just go from one breakdown to another in this song, there's hardly any repetiveness at all. Matt on drums is just kick ass!

The musical intro is absolutely genius.
