this song opened me up at first to brand new, just because of the powerful lyrics. its like they reach back into my memories and pull my childhood back out of my head by the spine.
Now they're easily my favorite band. This song still leagues above anything out there I've heard.

I heard this song playing on one of the music channels on the T.V. and though "Oh my god, now that is freakin' awesome song! I have got to have that CD!".
So I went and bought it and you know what? All the songs on this album (minus the screamy ones 1, 4, 5 which I don't like) are amazing! I love these guys. I'm definately getting their other CDs.

This sounds like Nirvana, Modest Mouse, and the creator of awesomeness got together and had a lovechild.
that lovechild is Jesse Lacey. I'm friggen in love with this song. I might have to say it's my favorite Brand New song ever. I can't wait to go see them in November. Should be awesome.
