Playing a fresh blend of pop/punk sounds and timeless rock
and roll hooks, As Advertised is quickly showing the world
just what it means to rock. Hailing from the small town of
Jesup, Iowa, the band that started in the basement is now
bringing their songs to the masses. Formed by singer JD
Campbell and guitarist David in '96, the band has since
gone through many different lineups. It was when brothers
Drew and Mitch Fischels joined that the band really started
to solidify. Playing small shows and parties, As Advertised
made somewhat of a name for themselves; but it wasn't until
finding drummer Jason Cutsforth that As Advertised truly
developed its sound; a sound that has been called "Peppy
