So Steve I most definitely agree with you r/e Mr. Perry. He is anything but underrated. This song is poignant with it's lilting melody,but also because you know he wrote it for his former bandmates,which makes it even more touching. Due to the fact that they treated him abominably during a time when he truly needed them. It has been said that he is one of the greatest voices in music over the last thirty years,and I agree hands down. I read an interview that said this song was what lead Neil Schon to contact Steve to reunite and do Trial By Fire. I play this song over and over and marvel at the beauty of Steve's voice. Why he's not more highly regarded, I'll never know. He has the most underrated voice in all of rock. Is this review helpful to you?
