Anything Anything Lyrics - Something Corporate

Review The Song (8)

[Originally by Dramarama]

Okay, what is it tonight?
Please just tell me what the hell is wrong!
Do you wanna eat?
Do you wanna sleep?
Do you wanna drown?

Just settle down, settle down, settle down!

I'll give you candy, give you diamonds, give you pills
Give you anything you want
Hundred-dollar bills
I'll even let you watch the shows you wanna see
Just marry me marry me marry me!

I'm so sick of you tonight
You never stay awake when I get home
Is something wrong with me?
Is something wrong with you?

I really wish I knew, wish I knew, wish I knew!

I'll give you candy, give you diamonds, give you pills
I'll give you anything you want
hundred-dollar bills
I'll even let you watch the shows you wanna see
Because you married me married me married me!
Married me married me married me!

I was young, I learned a game
And love and happiness were the same
Now I'm older and I don't play
I found out the hardest way

I got wasted, she got mad
... Called me names and she called her dad
He got crazy and I did too
Wondered what I did to you

I gave you candy, gave you diamonds, gave you pills
I'll give you anything you want
Hundred-dollar bills!
I even let you hear the songs I want to sing
I'll give you anything anything anything
I'll give you anything anything anything
I'll give you anything anything anything ... anything anything anything...

hahahahaha buck cherry, yeah right hahahahahaha | Reviewer: the dead kid | 7/22/13

yeah don't wanna sound like a bitch but definitely by dramarama on cinema verite. probably one of my fave pop punk love songs of its time, was dancing to this track in the clubs in Brisbane back in 1990 and it was a classic then. buck cherry I don't think so my friend.

I never comment on these, I think it's a waste of time, but I was alarmed someone thought that Dramarama covered this. Can't you tell the song that Dramarama made just sounds older? The way Buckcherry made it sounds newer that should have been your first clue... And I'm not even sure if Dramarama makes new stuff anymore, they are an older band. Anyway Dramarama>poop>Buckcherry IMO

Dramarama was THE ORIGINAL | Reviewer: Anonymous | 3/9/08

LOL. Hey, "Buckcherry did it First" you are incredibly incorrect my friend. I was in the 7th grade when this song came out - I had all the words memorized within a few days! You must be quite the youngster if you think that Buckcherry was the original singer of this fine song.

hey. this song is old, came out in 1984 on an album called Cinema Verite by dramarama. cool song, which buck cherry covered, who btw wasnt even around in 84. that was like 24 years ago, lol!didnt the road trip movie come out in 2000?

buck cherry did what... nobody covered buck cherry, buckcherry sux cock it was covered by them, originally done by a much more talented band

Buckcherry Did it First | Reviewer: Bqob Smith | 7/13/07

This song was done by Buckcherry first and can be found on the soundtrack to Road Trip. It's the song that plays at the end credits. Dramarama and Something Corporate COVERED it. Look at the song credits at the end of the film for further education on this matter.
