"Come on over and do the twist" - twisting the needle into ya arm. "Over do it, and have a fit" - Overdose on heroine, u're bound to go into fits. "Love you so much it makes me sick" - He felt sick in the gut tht he had to use it. He was conflictingly against it as we all know. But tht was the only thing tht could stop his stomach pains. "Come on over and shoot the shit" - To shoot up is common junkie knowledge means to inject. (Definitely heroine once again) "Beat me out of me" - Well this line could definitely mean a few things. I choose to think tht he's asking someone to wake him up from his junkie ways. He's annoyed that he's so addicted to it and is tired of it all. The last 2 lines in the second verse "come on over, and shoot the shit" and "Love you so much, it makes me sick" are, indeed, the other way around on the Incesticide version of this track. I'm not sure if that is what 'Tim' was referring to in the very first comment or not. Also there is another version of this song which was a B-side to Smells Like Teen Spirit (in the UK at least)where the second verse above is repeated in the order above both times. The B-side version seems to be a bit slower and in a different key. Nether-the-less we all know this is one of the great Nirvana songs.
