Aneurysm Lyrics
Artist(Band):Nirvana
come on over, and do the twist
ahhhh haaaaa
over do it, and have a fit
ahhhh haaaaa
love you so much, it makes me sick
ahhhhh haaaa
come on over, and do the twist
ahhhhh haaaa
beat me outta me, (beat it, beat it)(x8)
Come on over, and do the twist
ahhhh haaaa
over do it, and have a fit
ahhhh haaaa
Love you so much, it makes me sick
ahhhh haaaa
come on over, and shoot the shit
ahhhh haaaa
beat me outta me, (beat it, beat it)(x8)
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAHH
She keeps it pumpin' straight to my heart (x8)

Review about Aneurysm
Whatever | Reviewer: Tiago | 4/4/2008For what I see it could mean 2 thing. Whether it is about drugs or about love. But is there any emotional difference between drug addiction or deeply falling in love? Both make you out of yourself. Both make you do stupid things. And the lack of both, can cause a huge depression. That ambiguity is what makes this poem so beautiful.
come on over. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 3/30/2008
I do think its about drugs, its pretty obvious. But i mean. A song, can mean many different things. Thats up for the listener to decide. Stop bickering about what the song is about, and discuss what it means to you :)
i love kurt
peace

Man, what song by them isn't totally rockin! This song could be written for drug addiction, but It should have its own meaning and personal feeling.. that why i get from it.
The Truth Is Out There...
Its not neccesarily about drugs | Reviewer: Jesse | 1/12/2008
while this song could be about drugs and shit, doesnt mean it neccasarily is, just because he did drugs doesnt mean every song he wrote was about them.
About a Girl | Reviewer: Double | 1/3/2008
According to a biography of Kurt Cobain I read recently, it is about a girlfriend of his. He found that when he was around her he felt sick because he was nervous/exited to be around her. Of course I have also read that Cobain simply grabbed random lines from his dairies to make songs so its possible its an amalgamation of things.

I'm almost 100% certain the lyrics are refrencing Kurt Cobains addiction to drugs. I don't know if anyone actually knows what it's about. At anyrate I hardly think its worth fellow Nirvana fans arguing over.

This is a great song. Nirvana is one of my very favorite bands. I think Kurt left this song open for people's different interpretations. It could be his drug addiction, or something about a girlfriend or x-girlfriend. Whatever it was, he wrote an excellent song.

THIS SONG IS FREAKING ABOUT TOBI VAIL WHEN THEY WERE LIKE GOING OUT. JUST BECAUSE HE WAS A FREAKING JUNKEY DOESNT MEAN EVERYTHING CRAP HE DID WAS BASED ON THAT. HIS SONGS WERE COMING STRAIGHT OUT OF HIS MIND ABOUT LOVE THAT HE WANTED....TOBI!
about drugs | Reviewer: jason | 11/19/2007
def about drugs
do the twist- could be a nuber of drug refrences(most likley uncapping a syringe and using it to mix the dope)
over do it an have a fit- od on dope
lov u so much it makes me sick- being adicted to heroine makes you sick when you dont have it. the withdrawals of being dopesick
come on over and shoot the shit- come get high, shoot up drugs
beat me outta me- when you od someone will give u cpr and beat on yer chest to get you breathing again. either that or he cant quit doing it
it keeps his life going and exciting
no........ | Reviewer: Saul Butler | 11/14/2007
'She keeps it pumpin' straight to my heart' is still about heroin, not the adrenalin jump, like when your girl fixes you(romantic). The song is the marriage between drugs and performance(Music). I loved covering it in the old days.....28 and still going.
