...And Justice for All Lyrics - Metallica

Review The Song (75)

Halls of Justice Painted Green
Money Talking
Power Wolves Beset Your Door
Hear Them Stalking
Soon You'll Please Their Appetite
They Devour
Hammer of Justice Crushes You
Overpower

The Ultimate in Vanity
Exploiting Their Supremacy
I Can't Believe the Things You Say
I Can't Believe
I Can't Believe the Price You Pay
Nothing Can Save You

Justice Is Lost
Justice Is Raped

Justice Is Gone
Pulling Your Strings
Justice Is Done
Seeking No Truth
Winning Is All
Find it So Grim
So True
So Real

Apathy Their Stepping Stone
So Unfeeling
Hidden Deep Animosity
So Deceiving
Through Your Eyes Their Light Burns
Hoping to Find
Inquisition Sinking You
With Prying Minds

The Ultimate in Vanity
Exploiting Their Supremacy
I Can't Believe the Things You Say
I Can't Believe
I Can't Believe the Price You Pay
Nothing Can Save You

Justice Is Lost
Justice Is Raped
Justice Is Gone
Pulling Your Strings
Justice Is Done
Seeking No Truth
Winning Is All
Find it So Grim
So True
So Real

Lady Justice Has Been Raped
Truth Assassin
Rolls of Red Tape Seal Your Lips
Now You're Done in
Their Money Tips Her Scales Again
Make Your Deal
Just What Is Truth? I Cannot Tell
Cannot Feel

The Ultimate in Vanity
Exploiting Their Supremacy
I Can't Believe the Things You Say
I Can't Believe
I Can't Believe the Price We Pay
Nothing Can Save Us

Justice Is Lost
Justice Is Raped
Justice Is Gone
Pulling Your Strings
Justice Is Done
Seeking No Truth
Winning Is All
Find it So Grim
So True
So Real

Seeking No Truth
Winning Is All
Find it So Grim
So True
So Real

Metallica! | Reviewer: Sam | 4/1/14

If you hate Metallica so much cause they "ruined your life" after cliff died give it up and go wine somewhere else. The beauty of bands and music is it changes. Metallica to me kills it on every song guitar bass drums lyrics everything clicks.. If you have never seen them live you better before they leave this world!! Die hard Metallica fan till I die. No better music out there

Frighteningly apt | Reviewer: Barrister999 | 4/25/13

I always preferred Master of Puppets myself, but reading these lyrics today, about 26 years after the album was released, I'm amazed at how well they fit for the UK Government's proposed destruction of the criminal justice system and removal of equal access to quality representation. In the future it really will be one law for the wealthy and one law for the rest of us.
Metallica were years ahead of their time.

Your missing the point. | Reviewer: B1-66ER | 2/24/13

The lyrics to this song were lightyears ahead of there time. Most of you are probably too stupid or ineffectual to care how the world around you works and how corrupted it's become. In fact this song in a way points out that your apathy is exactly what the government. Keep buying things, keep arguing with each other, go back to sleep.

What? | Reviewer: Nick | 12/14/12

Metallica died with Burton? Are you kidding me? This album was a great follow up of Master and The Black Album (while overrated) Is still a really good album. They did not die with Burton they still did well without him.

When Metallica was great | Reviewer: DV | 12/4/12

This song was from Metallica was great, at its best. After that Metallica wussed out, sold out and became the band you morons are now propping up trying to say it's the same Metallica. Prove it to yourselves, show me anything after And Justice for all that sounds like this Album?

When you see two girls headbanging to Enter Sandman in the lobby of the dorms, it's time to give up on that band and move on.

Enjoy your sissy "Metallica", wusses.

Re, douchebags | Reviewer: Anonymous | 10/20/12

You ass clowns have got to be kidding. Metallica didnt sell out they stayed good long enough to evolve. When you are that good release an album, oh yeah you are to busy blogging about how metallica sold out..

Indeed ..and justice for all is a great song and a masterpiece... blah blah but how is that you say things like "the two guitars and the bass"??You should know that by the time it was made there was no bass and instead were 3 guitars :P. However 10/10 for a great masterpiece

METALLIKA | Reviewer: Joshua | 11/5/11

A song that accurately sums up Metallica's current state | Reviewer: Shane | 7/15/11

I listen to this song all the time, because it's become Metallica's very Antithesis. It is everything they no longer are. It's raw, it's dark, it's angry, and it's shouting the truth. Shouting the truth in Hetfield the hypocrite's face.

Metallica Monopoly. Guitar Hero Metallica. Reissuing St. Anger on Orange Vynil. These guys really do only care about the money now, and they'll do anything to cash in on you die-hards who think everything they shit out is gold.

Metallica died with Cliff Burton. And Justice was the Remnants of a torn and disfigured soul that has since withered into the being that this album despised most, a shadow of it's former self... A greedy monster that cares not for Justice, but only power.

And so, I conclude with a very hearty "Fuck you, Metallica." Fuck you for everything you've become, every bad decision you've made and continue to make. Fuck you for not having a single ounce of self respect. Fuck you for trying to pass off 18 years worth of shit albums as being anywhere near the amazing work that you performed with Cliff.

Interesting Feeling of . . . And Justice For All | Reviewer: Chris | 3/12/11

This is an exceptionally great song. The reason is the band Metallica synchronizes all of their instruments to fit perfect to each other. What I mean by that is, If you were to play the guitar only by itself, it still sounds amzing. Then there is the fact that they have been enlisted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I would say this is one of their best songs, also because it is 10 minutes long which makes Metallica unique, because most other bands don't have a song that is 10 minutes where as Metallica's music on average ranges from 5 to 8 minutes long.

Lars can kiss my ass. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/13/10

Well.... You tell me...... Do you experience... That raw brazen drive, from the rush of your ears, sending the most complete form of titanium |,,/ metal \,,/ synergy that only Metallicas truest forms can purvey... To your brain... Then straight to your blood as it pulses through your chest... From ANY song or album after In Justice For All ?

I sure as heyull dont.
They f'd off what they created and those who sought that very feeling.

Nuff said.

song review, and blah blah blah | Reviewer: Eric | 12/9/10

and justice for all is a metal master peice if you ask me. It was writen 20 years ago and what its about would still be rellavent if it were writen yesterday. How corrupt the system of justice has become. It became a business. This song will be rellavent as long as the judicial system remains a bussiness whereas money is a vehical and power is the bottom line. Truth should be the vehical and justice should be the bottom line. Right? But still it's a damn good song. It's almost morbid, I love it.

METALLICAN | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/26/10

This song is about justice being corrupt and damaged. Its not rocket science to figure that out, its not about destroying the military, justice system or taking over Washington D.C., its just corrupt justice. Nothing else, nothing more and just listen and appreciate the song, the album, and the band.

Amazing Song | Reviewer: Jess B. | 10/15/10

Every time I listen to this particular song, I get goosebumps. The eerie amount of perfection this song provides is astounding. Both guitars working in sync to give off a heavy "accent", with the bass in the background giving that extra growl to the sound, plus Hetfield's growly voice/lyrics and Lars' heavy-set drums make this song sheer perfection. I could listen to this song a thousand times and still not be tired with it.

I've been listening to Metallica (And many other older bands) since I was just a toddler, so I'm pretty acquainted with all their songs. Only a few songs can I give a 10 out of 10 rating, and this is one of them.
