As we near the 3 year anniversary of the origination of
Philadelphia's own A Life Once Lost, let us remember how it
all began. This band started off like so many others before
them by making loud, undefined noises in a basement. That
noise eventually molded itself into the unique,
easily-defined sound that is their own. A Life Once Lost
reapplies Old School traditional Metal techniques to
today's more abrasive, cause-of-death Hardcore. Anger and
despair fuel much of the band's repertoire with every new
song breaking through to new levels of brutality. Over the
years, their live show has been known to draw much blood.

------ About the song Vulture performed by A Life Once Lost
An awesome, catchy song that isn't irritating noise but still brings the metal.
They're not very difficult to play but definately a lot of fun to watch, they made Ozzfest '06 for me
Not a lot of people know about them either which kind of makes them even more metal, there's no way for them to sell out into black metal or hardxcore.
All in all great song, great band, great stage presence <3
An amazingly epic song, from an truly undarated band. | Reviewer: Rob
------ About the song Vulture performed by A Life Once Lost
A life once lost are true masters of deathcore. Deep, fast paced rhythms with hardcore style lyrics and drum beat.
Vulture is one of there best songs, they are backed by Randy Blythe who mixed there vocals showing signs of how he must respect there band.
The entire song even though not overly hard to play is really original and catchy, everything fits together, and is a breath of fresh air when you hear some of the other metal being released lately that doesn’t have that feel and power.
Great song, great band.
