This song is one of the better Death Cab songs in my opinion. What I love about the band is that thier music represents everything about real life, and this is another prime example. When you can relate every part of a song to events in your own real life, then that song is a great success, and "A Lack of Color" does excactly that. Plus, the acoustic guitar and the background music and sounds (soft piano, occasional car driving by and raining sounds)add a perfect touch. Keep it up Death Cab, you rock!
