So, I have no idea what a "Guster" is, but this song is definitely by A Fine Frenzy and whoever wrote that first review is insufferably stupid. Like, really, <3 is a heart?! Hopy shit, gaiz!! Alert the media! We got a new ingenius symbol invented by who must be the new Einstein!
Anyway, great song.

------ About the song Almost Lover performed by A Fine Frenzy

You said you didn't want me
That's your own fault.
Don't come begging back to me.
Your stupid little puppy-dog-eyes trick is getting old!
I don't want to hurt anymore...
I'm trying not to think about you
Can't you just let me be?
</3

------ About the song The Beacon performed by A Fine Frenzy

The song is written for someone who is depressed, considering ending their life. It is written by someone who sees this person as a source of light, a beacon who doesn't realize his own importance in her life.

"you say your time has come,
you're tired of waking up,
don't be obscene, I can't conceive of
living without you"

She can't live without him because he is her beacon. She's recognizing the fact that perhaps he cannot understand his own role in brightening her life.

At the end, she asks to stand by him, to support him.

------ About the song Almost Lover performed by A Fine Frenzy

He left me to return home, we had an opportunity to be lovers. However, he slept with who I thought was my friend, it hurt, I was weak and said nothing. When she said something to my cousin I simply asked to be platonic, it hurt, and he was angry, he said he was hurt. Now he's moving back to his native home. He was a decent man, but if our love depended solely on sexual interaction I'm sure it's not worth mourning over. It will always hurt, he will always be a friend, and if he wanted me back all he'd have to do is come back, but I'm going to move on. I found someone who isn't the most perfect guy, but he affects me more making me smile and giving me a better outlook on life. From the present, I have to say he's a unique soul, maybe not a Sammy Hagar, but a talented mind much like a peaceful Darby Crash. This song only makes me feel the hazy three months before he came in my life, though it's heartbreak it's that misty afternoon in a brook seeing him leaning against a tree- images.

------ About the song Almost Lover performed by A Fine Frenzy

honestly, this song describes me and my love life.. or lack there of. me and this guy have had an on and off "thing" for over a year now. I like him like crazy, and he says he likes me. but he always cheats on me, and always blows me off and stuff. so finally last month I had to just say I'm done. but all those park benches we sat on, tables we ate at, songs we sang to, and trees we laughed under, are off limits to me now. and I thank this song ever single time I hear it. it's the first time I can't really truly relate to a song and have it help me get over my "almost lover"

------ About the song Almost Lover performed by A Fine Frenzy

This is my story behind this song.

I am a gay American.
I am a male American.
I had love once.
It got ruined by some cunts.

The sex was great.
Enough to appriciate.
His penis was big.
A trunk, rather than a twig!

Though he made my butthole soar,
our love flew in the sky like an egalitarian.

He fed me chocolate.
but I wanted icecream.
So he found someone else
to appriciate his offering.

To this day, I wish I would have taken the damn chocolate.

Goodbye my almost lover.

I was with my almost lover yesterday, we spent 3 days together. I never knew he'd used "clever tricks" to me considering he's really into me at first. Now what am I to him? A trash he supposed to dispose. I'm not even sad, more like disappointed.. Cause I thought he's different.

The perfect title for the song, watch it after new moon, you feel bella is singing it.The voice totally works magic with the rythm and lyrics is just too perfect. Totally awesome work, express the thought, how madly we fall in with someone that moving on becomes tougher. The frenzy is just spreading in me.
