Review about 20th Century Man This is a GREAT song | Reviewer: Dan K | 6/9/2008 For any of you just exploring the 40+ years of great music by The Kinks will find this song quickly becoming one of your favorites. Poignant and timeless, the lyrics really seem to fit today's martial law environment of the USA's democracy by gunpoint foreign policy and (un)patriot act. I highly recommend the live version found on "One More For The Road" recorded in the famed Albert Hall. For more great songs, get the entire recording. One of the best Live Recordings by any group I've ever heard (and there are LOTS of those).
