This song is epic. I absolutely love it it is a shame I can't sing high pitched. One day one of my younger sisters are having a birthday party and I decided to sing Angels on the Karaoke (sorry that I can't spell) machine but I can't get the pitch so my voice sounded awful and I remember everyone was laughing at me.

This song describes many different things to many different people...

For me personally, it tells the sad tale of betrayal, breach of trust and hurt. Like fairweather friends or backstabbers who say they'll be there for you always, but run at the first sign of trouble. Or a crush that you thought was going to last forever, only to end later in denial and humilation.

Life's tough isn't it?

I love this song. I don't really listen to this type of music but the first time I heard this song I fell in love with it. The message is so deep and even though it is deep i love the part when they say 'the world may have failed you, it doesn't give a reason why, you could have chosen a different path in life' and that is totally true for any situation.
Within Temptation's is awesome and I love them now... :)

This song is beautiful! I have tried so hard to sing as high as her, but haven't gotten quite there yet. But this song, and a lot of the other WT songs, gives me inspirations to do my writing. It digs down deep and shovels up everything I wanna write down on a piece of paper. These guys are the best! :)
