Dear Whitney, the love that God has for you cannot be comprehended. There are lives that you've touched through your gift of song, and that created brothers and sisters for you that you never met or seen. What Im trying to say is that by using your gift you also sorounded yourself with people that were hurting when you were hurting. I have been one of those that were praying for you when we learned about your challeges. I am in South Africa but I also understand that prayer has no boundaries. Whitney I remember I went one summer to visit my family in Columbus, Ohio and that was back in the 80's and that was the first time I heard your music. Since then I have been one your biggest fan even though you married a man that I thought for sure would ruin you forever but you see God works in mysterious ways and never leaves ones side and you are back and strong. You have to take it one day at a time and you will overcome addiction. I wish you the best and hope to one day meet you in person. for being so tall, you never let that get in the way. instead you used it to your advantage. i am very tall and have hard times with it and i look to you and i see that you stood out. i am involved in modeling classes and love every minute of it! but i find myself always having my shoulders hunched over and i need to stand up tall but to see you is great. keep on doing what you do. i will always love you!
