This song is essentially about what it means to survive. If you want something, you've got to be prepared to do whatever it takes to get it. If you walk straight into something and it doesn't fall down, you weren't trying hard enough. And if that something does, it wasn't trying hard enough. There is no compassion in survival. you do what you have to do. If that means lying or talking your way out of something, then you've got to do it. Anything less is WEAKNESS.
