------ performed by Weezer
yeah like he said | Reviewer: Anonymous | 9/27/08
Jonas brothers are fakers who are just in the business for the money like that little girl cyrus, same as duff, and all those other terds.
Weezer is a real band, therefore jokes like the jonas brothers should never be allowed to sing anything other than their crappy music.
BUT this is a great song. I hope island in the sun can make it into a further version of a GH or RB

My opinion | Reviewer: bleh | 7/25/08
This is the only Weezer song I have ever heard; It was on Guitar Hero, and that's how I heard it. Personally, I think this song is about the singer remembering how easy childhood was, and how at the time of his youth, he was so willing to be an adult. Now, however, he's beginning to realize just how hard life is as an adult. 'Box full of your toys' applies to his experiences and thoughts as a child; he can no longer use them, but they still make an impact.
Man, am I glad I'm only 14!

"My Name is Jonas" was inspired by Rivers' mentally disabled brother who got into a car accident at Oberlin College and was having a problem with his insurance. According to Cuomo himself "'Jonas' explains how The Plan is reaming us all, especially my brother

when i first heard this, it definetely struck me as a nostalgic song. i personally think he really is talking about childhood, and the pains of adulthood.
but whatever, they're lyrics, and people interpret them the ways they want.
always great | Reviewer: Anonymous | 3/7/08
Weezer's words a never completely random, but since the "comeback" in 2001 their songs have been more straightforward pop-rock songs in most instances. Rivers is very thoughtful about everything that goes into his songs. And "Hollywood" is about not fitting in among the rich and successful, which is something that they've become. "We are all on Drugs" is about overmedication and is anti-drug in its theme - you just have to pay attention.

This is an awesome song. But your rong about 'We are all on Drugs' That song isnt about nothing. It's not about drugs either, more about addiction. How were all adicted to something, whether it be love, or music. See? meaning.
Tooshay. | Reviewer: Merrrnnn | 2/8/08
Ya now that i think about it, i think this song is talkin about how you need to enjoy life while you are young cause soon you'll be looking back on it and missing it.... and i think the lines "Gotta box full of your toys, but they're still makin' noise..." i think thats talkin about a past relationship and even though its over, it is still in his life (even though its over, he still feels the pain or remembers the time.) thats what i think, personally. haha :D
