OMG i love utada music!!! I also heard about her from Kingdom hearts. (good game). Her AMerican music is also really really good, in an Eccentric kind of way. (the album is Exodus case u were wondering)no the best song ever is keep tryin!! it is my favorite song in the WORLD!!

The first song I heard by Utada was 'Simple and Clean' on KH1 and then I heard 'Sanctuary' on KH2. I've loved her music since I heard her sing 'Simple and Clean'. I LOVE YOU, UTADA!!!!

i'm from indonesian. the first time i heard your song is sakura drops, and the second i heard first love. the meaning of the songs is very deep and i love that.

Utada Hikaru is one of the greatest singers I have ever heard.....and I've heard ALOT of singers. ^_^ GO HIKKI!!

At first i'll admit that i had never heard of her. but i first heard her when i played kingdom hearts. I loved the opening theme and then i started looking at some other music that i had noticing that she was on a whole lot of it. her or Ayumi-chan

her first song I heard is "First Love", and I fell in love with her music since then. But my favourite song ever from her is 'Sanctuary' and 'Passion', two versions of KH2 opening songs. While at first I liked 'Sanctuary' more, now I think that 'Passion' is also as perfect as 'Sanctuary'...both of em are awesome!!!!!!!!
Well I believe we'll be able to recognize her just from her music...her music is simple but original...and got that kind of 'trade mark'...and also, her voice is unique! Go Utada! You rock!!!

Like everyone else here, the first songs I've heard from Hikki were Simple and Clean along with Final Distance (though I prefer the more up beat "Distance" which s the same song just different bgm) But I must say this young musician surprises me with every lyric and song I hear from her. her voice is proud and filled with a passion for her music. And her sound and tone is always something different from the rest. She definately bares all in her music and shows her unfading talent within her own individuality. To sum it all up,She is more than incredible but will most definately go down in history as one of the best.

My Personal Favorite songs belong to the album Ultra blue for the most part but go as follows:

i never expected to find utada's lyrics on sing365! i think it's great, though. =) utada hikaru is an amazing singer, and i'm so glad that people outside of japan love her voice. i think she has a very powerful, interesting voice. you know you have the good but uninteresting voices? a good voice that doesn't really have a flare to it? utada is very, very far from that. her voice is sensual and new, and can't be compared to any other voice. i've never heard anything like it - or as good as it.
i first heard her voice when i was browsing youtube looking for kingdom hearts AMVs (i was curious, seeing as i'd never actually heard of the video game until a little while ago) and i found the openings of both the first and second games.
to be quick and precise, i was captivated by her voice. i'm currently aiming to buy some of her albums and singles (or at least get them for my birthday xD).
when i heard simple and clean, to be honest, i thought it was a western singer. i could never guess that she was japanese. i was so convinced, i thought at first i'd found the wrong singer and songs when searching for the lyrics. she has a wonderfully fluent style of singing, and i swear it's just flawless.
i salute all who adore her voice as much as i do. ^^

I fist heard utada in the kingdom hearts comertial after that well it was from exodos to deep river,fist love,ultra blue and other albums.I dontlike exodos much because of sertan lyrics but now with ultra blue and such she has matured and you can tell just by looking at her.She is a true artist that speaks her mind and can truely sing live,..unlike OTHER fake LOSERS that CAN'T SING!! I hope she becomes more populer in America espetialy here in Puerto Rico.

When I first heard the voice of this female I was too distracted by the cut-scenes and game credits to completely listen to her voice and lyrics. When I finally got a chance to place that melodious tone inbetween two headphones I was amazed at this unclassified genre of music. If asked I would not be able to tell, though that is the type of music I enjoy. Its not labeled by any of the stereotypes like rap, rock, or counry is today. It just gives you that "Sit underneath the stars, watch the sunset" mood that brings a calmness and understanding. I hope she keeps up her original style of music and wish her the best of luck in her music career!
