Amazing | Reviewer: Zack Potts | 11/23/09
when it says "I hope to, god you come, i hope to, god you feel this now" means so much to me. my girl sister was in the hospital getting her stomach pummped after an overdose and that line ran through my mind over and over. Beautiful song
IDIOT | Reviewer: Greg Kay | 11/5/09
Douche bag, screamo does not exist, and scene core is far from this, underoath are post hardcore, screamo is a derogatory term for bands that are emo and scream, not an actual genre, hence scream emo
if you think any band is screamo, they are probably hardcore or metal, its a common mistake, just that idiot wanted to look hard, and he just made himself look like a dick
amazing song, love the lyrics, i agree with anyone coming on here saying how the lyrics are the best part, but there best song is still "a boy rushed red living in black and white"!
scenecore, what a fag
Think About It. | Reviewer: Chelsea | 10/12/09
I love this song. It's got loads of meaning behind it. Several people have said things about the whole "Christian" theme. I'm a Christian, and I ain't going all preachy on anyone reading this, so don't worry, but don't just set that aside when you're listening to the music. Think about it. Seriously, can't hurt right? There's so much more meaning behind their lyrics. The lyrics are like the heart of the music. So how can you just listen to the music without thinking about them? Understanding them? Just think about it, you never know what you'll find. I mean, they profess this and write about this stuff for a reason, because it really touches them, just like any artist. And that's the hope behind the music, that they can inspire you with it as well. Seriously, just think about it.

The person below me is an elitist and shouldn't be treating music like a snob. People that try and put themselves above someone 'cause they totally know that "underoath ain't screamo st00pid," should shut their mouths.
Anyway, this is a pretty good song, regardless of what genre it falls into :)
This isn't screamo. This is metalcore. Maybe even post-hardcore you tards. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/4/09
Yeah, this is Christian... oohhh scary, right? Wrong! By no means is this screamo. Anyone who believes that this scenecore is screamo is retarded. Screamo is Saetia, Orchid, Circle Takes The Square and others along those lines.
This isn't all that original, it's very scene. However I still love it. It is not worth the heaps of praise it is credited. Check out The Numebr Twelve Looks Like You if you want originality. Even Fear Before The March Of Flames.
Hopefully I've educated you music-tards.

underOATH!!! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/25/09
yea i agree with alot of you guys. i mean before i alctually listened to them i thought they were stupid. like the first song i heard by them was despriate times despriate measures and i hated it but i couldnt actually hear the beauty of their music untill i actually took the time to listen to them. then i listened to more by them(writing on the walls, its dangerious business walking in your front door, re-inventing your exit) and i can honestly there my fav group of all time.ppl think christian screamo is stupid cuz it christian. really the only difference is they dont cuss. and underoath dosnt really have songs that really preach christianity like ome christian music. underOATH RULZ!!!!
Irony... | Reviewer: Spencer | 7/4/09
Its ironic when people say they don't care for Christian screamo.... Just because the genre originated in christian music (From Autumn To Ashes, they later renounced the "Christian" label when a new guitarist who was buddhist joined the band). And this band/song proves that the best screamo music remained in the "Christian" family...
I can honestly say with confidence of truth that UnderOATH is in the top 5 best hard rock bands of ALL time. They have a creativity rock needed. A depth seen in few other bands or songs. A song/CD structure that is crafted to the point of perfection. No other band has SUCH control over the emotional reaction of their fans... You can't help but be moved in an incredibly profound way when seeing them live or hearing their songs for the first time.
Christian musci has produced PHENOMENAL screamo, metal, and post-hardcore bands over the past several years! Check out (along with UnderOATH): The Devil Wears Prada, blessthefall, Before Their Eyes, As I Lay Dying, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, Living Sacrifice, and Haste The Day

Blew Me Out of the Waterrrr | Reviewer: Lucas | 6/4/09
This song has so much meaning. There's no way two people can listen to it and get the same thing out of the lyrics, that's the beauty of this song. Personally, EVERYTHING about this song oozes amazingness. xD
The instrumentation is the best I've ever heard of Underoath's work, the lyrics run SO deep, and the moral and meaning of it can be interpreted so many ways. On a scale of 1 to 5, this gets a 9,999,999 xD
