That was amazing. I was listening to this song, and I just feel the emotion, coming from the song. Raw, uncut, untamed, pure. Amazing. This song, and this band, is keeping me, and hundreds, of thousands of millions, of people alive. Thank god, for Underoath!! They are a life-saving bad <3

Underoath's lyrics to all their songs amaze me. They speak to me more than i even realize. Because of their talent and passion for God, i believe that God speaks to others through them and their lyrics, and because of this many people find God ... again.
Their new album 'Lost in the sound of separation' is also another amazing piece of work.
Take a day...listen to underoath, both DEFINE THE GREAT LINE, and LOST IN THE SOUND OF SEPARATION, with the lyrics in front of you .. and read it..and breath it in...and reflect.
God is Love.

This song goes out to the Christian. The world may be hating us more and more everyday, we may be struggling to hold on to God because of temptation, but we have to keep our eyes on the goal. We have to hold on to Him for as long as it takes, because in the end we'll find what we've been longing for.
awestruck. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/27/09
underoath is an amazing band, with the desire to reach out to everyone and send the message, evevn if they are christian. this song is for anyone and everyone. for the suicidal and for the saved. its amazing cause you can take it and apply it to your own life, no matter your situation. For underoath, its about finding God, but for anyone else, it could be about not giving up. I LOVE THIS SONG. God Bless.

I think this is a song for those who have gone through times of true desperation and depression, when it feels as if there world was falling apart. I love underoath there such a great band and sometimes inspire me not to jump or pull the trigger especially now when my life is just crumbling in pieces.

Yes,you all are right. I do feel the same. This song like a deep breath. Actually at the end of the song i always wanna cry..The way he transformed his feelings into words is a great deal of being so talented and expressive and his lyrics can be taken as a quotes.. I adore Spencer's songs. And as a singer he is the one of the best...As Aaron of course.....XD

I agree with the first reviewer..I'm going through a really tough time right now and this song (and album) is basically what's been keeping me alive for the past few weeks. Especially because Spencer has gone through so much and has nearly beaten a heavy addiction to cocaine. His music saved him, and his music can save me too.
