THE ANSWER! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/27/09

On the wikipedia page, it states that Aaron Gillespie (drums and clean vocals) wrote the cd after breaking up with his girlfriend. So most songs are about that. And the song is not about having sex all the time. This is a christian band.

great song but... | Reviewer: Anonymous | 11/9/09

hm, okey, this is really an amazing song but the message... i didn't understood it untill i read the comments xD And it's not a good message :P
Sex is nice and people feel great when they have sex. So in my opinion, everybody should fuck as much as possible :) (but i don't think prostitution is good, haha xD )

if you have seen the music video youd realize that when the little boy and girl kiss it symbolizes the premarital sex alot of people are talking about in these reviews. and when the father takes the young girl away its symbolizing that they have done wrong. its a very good song and just listen to it for what it sounds like. everyone has different opinions on the meaning. this is my opinion

Yeah.. | Reviewer: Anonymus.. | 7/18/09

Um, guys. Stop arguing about religion..
This is a song, just enjoy it. They are a christian band, I'm sure they didn't write this song so that people could just argue about it. Listen to it the way you please. You'll see it from your own point of view.. It's ok. (:

Hey dudes just Sing!! | Reviewer: Anonymous | 7/17/09

Messages behind music are great but sometimes you just gotta listen and enjoy and respect the fact that even tho u dont relate to the message the artists who wrote it did. Ive found that a few of my fav bands are christian but i dont let it bother me. (the devil wears prada, underoath, bleed the sky, etc.)

this song is kul altho i cant relate to it really | Reviewer: somehuman | 7/7/09

lol of course everyone has to go off and try to label this song...just take the song how it is and having your thots about it but stop trying to say that it is SOOOO CHRISTIAN!! or w/e...considering that word is just a label. ( no offense to people who say they are christian or anything) Everything cannot be put into words. What is important is how it makes you feel i guess.

amazing song! | Reviewer: eden | 6/18/09

1st
at first i had no idea what this song was about. i couldn't understand the words cuz when i first heard this song i was just getting into screamo and had trouble interpreting the words. but the more i listened to it, the more words i caught and put the pieces together, realizing that it was about pre-marital sex. it's sad because the couple in the song realized too late that they were doing it for all the wrong reasons, and that's what happens all the time to you couples. ha, i sound like an old person, but i'm just a teen too. :) but yes, i definitly understand the meaning of this song and i think it's a great message!

underoath is totally a christian band and i love all of their music! it just shows that all christian music doesn't necessarily have to be hymns straight from the church hymnal. i love underoath!

Clearly | Reviewer: JBrasco | 5/21/09

this song most likely has nothing to do with christian belief. Not all their songs comply with christianity. This song simply has to do with a couple having sex for all the wrong reasons. And you can see that when he says "look who's dying now slit wrists was sleeping
with the girl next door" it seems as if one of them are giving up their innocence because they're jealous, whomever the person is with slitwrists. Pre-marital sex is just the term people are putting to make it seem more lenient to a christian belief!.

Response to all the positive responses to my review | Reviewer: Ryan Taylor | 3/6/09

First off I wanna say thanks to all the people who didn't bash my review for it's spellling, I typed this on my iPhone at 2 A.M. And didn't go back and fix the stuff that got auto corrected. And I also want to say thanks to the two people that gave positive responses to me, I'm glad some people took time and read my overly long and silly comment. Thanks to all and I hope that all those who are out there who dislike UnderOath because they're Christian can set it aside and enjoy their God given gifts, talents, and abilities.

Peace and Blessings,

Ryan Taylor-Galatians 2:20
