I don't know kind of weird idea that I got from this. Like a ripple effect in a water if you throw a pebble in, if you say something, it will affect what you are thinking, what other people will respond to it, how you will think of that moment in time in memory of your life, and pretty much every aspect of that moment, and then the next moment because the previous moment was changed. So pretty much the weather changes every time you say something. Yeah it could just be the LSD I took this morning...

I had this feeling many times:
when you are alone sitting on the balcony and just don't do anything but feeling very alone. Just watch the weather change for hours and would like to get anybody mention anything. Just not to be alone...

For as short as this song is, it's extremely emotional and powerful. Another great example of how very talented this band is. Given the limited lyrics and lack of "core" instruments, you can't help but experience the moood of this song. In my interpretation of "Disposition", I find that there is an air of desparation in his voice, as if he is so desparately seeking attention through conversation with this person (or being). And whether or not the response (the weather change) is good or bad, he still seeks it. It almosts seems as if it is metaphorically speaking of an abusive relationship.

This song is kinda short, lyrically. I can only guess at what he's talking about... I'm going to guess anyway:
I think he's referring to shallow-minded people who anger easily. Maybe even misunderstandings in-general, saying something to someone and watching them misunderstand it and become irate. "mention this to me, mention anything... and watch the weather change".
Mention this-Mention anything = Whatever it is that you say.
Me = the person you're talking to
weather = the person's attitude.
This is just the feeling I get from this song.
