Even if the meaning of this song is actually alcoholism, I think nevertheless everyone can relate it with every meaning he/she sees in this song.
Whatever, I love this song 2!

One of the best songs I've heard in a long time. | Reviewer: Keichi | 9/5/07
'Animal I Have Become' has a great beat, an awesome singer, and beautiful guitar playing. If you like this song, then I suggest you listen to 'Riot', 'I Hate Everything About You', and especially 'Pain'. I love this band and I can't wait to see what other albums they have coming out soon.

holy cow. | Reviewer: [-moriah-] | 6/17/07
I was amazed by this song. I first fell in love with TDG when I heard Home, then started to like I Hate Everything About you, and everything else by them. When I got their newer CD, I thought it would be impossible for it to be any better than what I had already heard. I played this song, and less than three seconds into it, I was mesmerized. The beat it awesome, and the chorus is beautifully stong. I LOVE this song. Impressive. Seriously. Three Days Grace rocks so hard.
sick job, boys <33
Great song, but people don't seem to know the real meaning of it | Reviewer: Anonymous | 6/1/07
This is one of my favorite songs out there, but everyone says that they can relate it. It was actually written by the lead singer Adam describing his experience with alcoholism. He had become so angry and abusive while he was addicted to it, and didn't know who he was anymore, and wrote this song based on those feelings.
