It became apparent to me whilst watching the film the animated film "A Scanner Darkly". the film, made in 2006, directed by Richard Linklater, stars Keanu Reeves, Robert Downey. Jr, Rory Cochrane and Woody Harrelson and the song features in the closing moments and end credits of the film. The very first line, "What will grow crooked you can't make straight, It's the price that you've gotta pay." I think says that no matter how long some people may spend in rehab, they will never completely be fixed from many long term effects drugs have but people still do them anyway because the high is worth it.
