Like, being bitten by a vampire. And when he says "There will be no regrets when the worms come" I think he's talking about having no regrets about what he did with her/ the time he spent with her when he dies. The music is amazing and the lyrics are very relatable, except I'm not sure what the "vampire" meaning is in the song. Hmm. But anyway, if you're randomly just looking at song lyrics, seriously download this song. It's one worth listening too.
