It tells a story about the awkwardness of falling in love, and how it can hit you at the most unusual times The meaning isn't that starightforward, but it's about a man in the middle of a mascre, who's hoplding a child, and sees a suicide bomber. He then notices that she is female and remembers falling in love with her eyes just before she blows him, her and the child up. Rodger acted as editer for the album, and Pete sent him a selection of songs, so that he'd choose the ones for the final cut.
