Pete believed in his message of enlightenment, and this song is an ode to him (Baba) about losing all your material goods for spiritual revelation, thus a 'bargain'. I remember I had a great big ole getto blaster, and when this came on WNEW FM, I was in heaven. What a great tune, with powerful lyrics. I still love the song today as much as I did back then!!!
