They are wasted!!! | Reviewer: whodrummer1694 | 1/3/09
the who have music that no matter how old you are people can relate to. im a drummer at 14 and all the music i ever tried to learn was by the who. today i can relate to Who songs no matter where i am. Keith Moon changed the shape of rock with his drumming and John made the bass a real instrument. The Who will always be my favorite band. Rock On!!!

One of the best drummers ever...Keith Moon (Rock.In.Peace. Keith) | Reviewer: alex benjamin | 12/9/08
The Who is one of the greatest bands in history and definitly of the 60's and 70's. The lyrics and insane guitar by Townshend, the insanly awesome vocals of Daltry, the booming bass of Entwistle and of course one of the Best drummers in history Moon. Now adays it truly is a "Teenage Wasteland" I hate the laziness of my Generation. The 60's tried to change the world now no one cares and the music sucks. (Props to the dude below me Saratoga rules!!)
The Who, Then and Now.... | Reviewer: JP, Hi Skip! | 11/26/08
I was just barely 18 when I paid $2.50 to sit on the lawn at the Performing Arts Center in Saratoga. They had just released the album ‘Who’s Next” and for almost 3 hours they did that album and the previous one; “ Live at Leeds”, plus some earlier stuff and few really raunchy toons. “Water or Somebody’s Daughter”, etc., etc. God, I hope I die before I get too old. And again saw them in 2006 in Honolulu. Technically they were better than in 1971. Townsend had his amp up so loud and Daultry’ lyrics were only audible if you knew the words by heart.
What’s incredible to me is to see the 18 year olds and under today embrace The Who and the ageless music. I know it’s a current ”renaissance” of sorts with major television series and commercials airing featuring rifts of old Who songs, but it’s good to know that music will live on as they and My Generation does in fact pass the baton to future generations. He still is a “Real Good Lookin’ Boy”
We're all wasted | Reviewer: keishafoulke | 10/27/08
I thought this song was a masterpiece ever since I first listened to it. I seen them at the Wachovia center Sunday the only thing missing is Keith and John. I still would say that The Who is a great rock band. One thing I noticed is with Pino Palladino he didn't turn up his amp LOUD enough. So that's what a 12-13 year old girl says because I've been playing bass since the day after christmas and I think I could play better.

The Who is up there in the top 5 rock acts of all time with the fab4, led zep, pink floyd... a great crowd to be with. The creativity of this era was amazing and still influences bands to this day. Inspirational deep haunting and melodic all at the same time. If it came out today it would be just as big if not bigger than back then, this music is immortal.
great tune | Reviewer: Anonymous | 8/1/08
I am 28 and like to think of myself as of a music producer. This song is one of the few golden masterpieces, and really belongs up there along with Procol's "A Whiter Shade of Pale", and LedZepp's too many good songs to mention here, and etc...
Now about musical taste - there's no reason to argue over which musical genre is better (house, triphop, RnB, R&B, soft-rock, hard-rock, metal, progressive, etc) - it all comes from subjective reasons. No need to throw stones over which kind of music makes a certain individual tick, or not.
P.S. - pardon my french - not a native speaker :)

Great song...read that the synth part is based on info Pete gathered on some random fan
....But too all you who say rap and metal are embarassments...obviously don't respect art...and have only heard certain artists....there are plenty of extremely poetic and positive, intelligent mc's and metal bands...please think before you talk y'all
But getting back on track...this is an incredible song....peace to the Who
