i love it how music is interpreted differently through different people, like how it can just make you feel alot of emotions and makes you feel like your not alone with your problems:) the used are possibly the most emotional influencing bands out and have got me through alot of problems in my life.

thank you bert, quinn, jeph and dan.

this song.. | Reviewer: ordained tigers | 4/20/09

explains everything that im feeling too, im empty, running on empty to be precise. im anorexic, and this song makes me feel so.. i dunno, but im upset, i love the used. i know every lyric, they help me through tugh times.

amazzing! | Reviewer: heavenly | 2/13/09

okay.so. My interpretation of the song is that you gave found someone that you're really into and you have been hurt in the past so you have trust issues...and you're kinda trying to let the person know that they have the power to make you go crazy even more so than you already are. As well as trying to tell them straight up: I'm kinda a lunatic haha:)
Idk thats by interpretation

:) great song!

i think this song is about finding someone who you know you could completely fall in love with but its been so long since you've been in a new relationship your still not sure if their worth it and it drives you crazy seeing them.

Needed this | Reviewer: Anonymous | 4/16/08

This song couldn't better describe how I feel right now. I really like this girl, but she found someone else. And now I feel like shit and have been really depressed the past couple of weeks. So I feel empty a.k.a "I'm so far gone now I've been running on empty." And even though I haven't actually dated her I still feel hurt a.k.a "Never thought you'd make me, break me." The empathy is really helping. It isn't exactly what Bert was going for but it still helps me. Just to end it, The Used is amazing.

SEXY APPLE SAUCE | Reviewer: AmberBamber | 2/2/08

THIS SONG IS THE BEST SONG EVAH!!! I am in love with it!Unlike some other music...hip hop-r&b-rap-country-COUGH COUGH-this actually means somethine. And when you read the lyrics by themselves, it's like poetry. Not only does it tell a story but it tells emotions...IT TELLS A STORY THROUGH EMOTIONS!! One of the top 50 songs of ALL TIME

REAL meaning of the song. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/9/07

Mixed interpretations much...
This song is a characterization of an emotional breakdown. Not only can you tell by the lyrics, but by the way he sings. And the name. When you are so upset that you pass the point of upset and move into feeling like you've gone totally mad, or at least that you're losing your mind or starting to.. that's what an emotional breakdown is, or how it starts. Hence the name 'Lunacy Fringe'.
