We can all agree - cutting is generally. But I can see how it helps people. It's fairly simple, if you give yourself physical pain, it helps get rid of your emotions and stress. The sight of blood, for most people, is a wake up call, and makes them feel alive. Fuck all of you who say that everyone does it for attention. That is not fucking true.
