I'd say the song is about jealousy and love, and how the two just sorta go. The part with "And It's All In How You Mix The Two" which could either mean love and jealousy or blue and yellow make green, green is the colour of jealousy as someone said. "It Burns A Whole Through Everyone Who Feels It" could mean that it hurts, so that was a bit obvious, teehee. "Well You're Never Gonna Find It If You're Looking For It" this bitty here could mean that you can't really go looking for love, which is true, it just happens. "Should've Done Something But I've Done Enough" erm, I'm guessing this could mean the person tried to get the person they love to love them but instead they pushed them into someone elses arms? (: xxxXxXxX[xXx]x./xX<3 boo | Reviewer: lil lo | 1/8/09 this song is about the lead singer and his best friend. i don't know their names, i'm not a big used fan. but the lead singer has said that many times its about him and his best friend. his point in the song is, you can't search for a friend that will last your whole life (never gunna find it if you're looking for it wont come your way) it shows up out of nowhere, and will have a big impact on you (burns a hole through everyone that feels it) but as a listener you come up with your own idea of what the song is about. that's the point of lyrics. thank you for your time. AMANDA. | Reviewer: Anonymous | 1/3/09 this is the best band out there. they have the best songs. most of there songs make me wonder about life, my friends, and my relationships. i love how songs can make you think. how one might not make sense the first time heard, and then later it fits your life. you know what i mean? hey, maybe its me. and all of there songs are different, and most with a different meaning. they are unlike any other band i have listened to. and i never ever get sick of listening to any of there songs. and that amazes me i can listen to other bands, but they get oring and old. i cannot wait for the used to go on tour! and then their new album out! 2009 will go by very nicely.
