This song is one of my favs. I believe it talks about a very conflictive relationship. At the beginning he says: "at least i'm on my own again instead of anywhere with you". But then he says he'll try his luck with her. And he is trying to go back to her, but she won't take him back. "it's never gonna be, it's sad but I agree". I also believe he f***ed it up because he wasn't always there for her (I can't be there on time, I'll think about that), and now he's trying to make it up, but it's just not enough. This song makes me sad everytime, brings back memories.

their all my faves on is this it but trying your luck is incredible. the strokes are the best.
