Awesome song, deeper than i thought it was when i just thought of it as the show's opening.


Btw, here in Brazil, even now in 2010, there's about 3 or 4 hours of Friends everyday in Warner, it's together with Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory their most sucessful shows!

I love this show!!! It reminds me of my friends, only with them I can be at best when I'm at my worst. They help me through everything. I have seen every single episode and own every season. I'm a Friends Freak :D

I think FRIENDS are great. Because it is really funny the charicters are Rachel Greene ,Monica Geller, phobe Buffay, Joey Tribbiani, Chandler Bing,Ross Geller.They all are really funny to me i watch them nearlly evry night before i go to sleep. I like to talk about the in a good way nearlly evry day. Ive had a go at drawing a bit from one of the episodes and i like the " Ill be there for you" song too...

i wish they do more friends i watch them everyday and i dont get bored i dont know what it is about them that makes me cant be with out them and there song is my ringtone and in my car and when am home its on youtube 24/7 i just love them love THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This show started when i was 2.so i first saw it in 1996.but then have seen the first ten seasons.incredible show.the song conveys such strong feeling for friendship.favourite speeches:Ross>on a break:monica>i know:chandler>what did i marry into:rachel>oh really:phoebe>shouting:janice>oh my god,ha ha ha.friend rules.

in india everyone loves the friends series because it shows what is true friendship with comedy just like in last season joey and rachel are love each other but they wanted to confirmed with ross that shows what is true friend &friendship and song speak about adult life with friend and friendship

I accept all the above comments.This song is a wise selection for FRIENDS.i watched two seasons as of now.I am very much happy that i have still many seasons to go and i cus hear more time this title song.

friends is great, i wish they would make more, i love this song, i sing to it evertime i hear it where ever i am, it makes my day, i miss FRIENDS,i got all the series of FRIENDS i wacth them everyday.

although iranian televisin never let people watch these kind of shows(friends),most of the people who can understand english have seen it.and the song is really made just for friends!but without friends,i dont think it might be any good!

Hey Everybody...
Some of you have been commenting on some contradictions in The Rembrandts lyrics for this music. I just wanted to remind you what show this music was written for and ask you: since when did Friends make any sense and NOT contradict themselves ALL THE TIME...???!!!??? =P
Stop being wishy-washy and just enjoy this amazing song... I've just been through some rough times, and this song IS what keeps me getting out of bed every morning...!!! =D

This song was written specifically for the show Friends, which premiered in 1994. Although it’s a great song, it contradicts itself, and I think maybe The Rembrandts don’t really know how to write songs.

For example:

The line “Your mother warned you there’d be days like these”.

When the first line is “So no one told you life was gonna be this way”.


So, those things considered, I’d rate this song 7/10.

Simply the best song ever! Friends is great and this song is awesome. It really does make you happy, like just jumping out of your seat and dancing around the room, acting like an idiot. I love it!
