I have heard two versions of this song and like both but prefer the second probably less known acoustic version. The vocals are really clear and the lyric layering is really impressive when put against the subtle guitar and piano accompanying it. This version of the lyrics is the best I've found online. I searched because i couldn't tell if they said "a captive of this passing ship," but they really said "a captive of this passive shell" which fits the song much better.
