They're cool because they're not afraid to try new things, and they appreciate other artists as well. I have Into, Dead Letters and Hide From the Sun, though I would say Dead Letters is my favourite at the moment. Lauri has an absoutely amazingly lovely voice, Pauli is great, and Aki and Eero are just plain cool. They have loads of talent. Their music makes me feel stuff I've never felt before; it's just so.... yeah. Words can't describe it. My friend got me into them, and now we just go around singing the songs together... it's crazy, but kind of special to us. I hope they play in the UK again soon... I've heard some of their live stuff and it's good. They can still play, it's not all fake and oh-sure-we-can-play-in-the-studio-but-not-on-stageish. My only complaint is how long it took to get hold of the albums, although that's not their fault at all. Stupid HMV didn't have it, and it took about 2 months to finally buy HFTS. But now I have it, and it was WELL worth waiting for. I really loved them when they made Peep, Playboys and Hellofatester. What is "No fear, destination darkness, no fear, destination darkness, no fear, destination darkness" etc. compared to "I spinn around to find myself again with the thought I'm just a man on the street" or "You've got to swallow the fuel as a cure". Their songs are beautiful, touchy, energic, good played, good singed... The guys are nice persons and I can't deny it, Lauri is cute.
