I told her and she said "This is my favorite song". Now she makes me play it over and over and she knows all the words and sings along. You'd think I'd hate by now, but I love it that much more. It is the cutest damn thing to hear her sing it. I just say "he's just a bore" in place of the whore part, but other than that, when she belts out the end, I laugh every time. All in all. The words aren't clever, the melody's ... not even a melody." But after a few listens, I realized that this song is actually some kind of crazy cute genius. Like a lot of Magnetic Fields songs, the words are so simple yet so packed, as is the melody. Oh Magnetic Fields.
