Its relaxed, cool and laidback. And-tyes I have to say it-yet another masterpiece! The Libertines can do no wrong when it comes to writing lyrics. I don't care if its supposivley because they 'smoke a light one' or whatever, to me these songs have feeling and love in them. They are not mass produced, or written to pay the bills. They are written simply for the joy of performing and mucking about-if at the end of the day they can pay the bills fine, but that is not top if the list. This thinking channeled into this song and all the others they write pays off. It is an inspiring piece of music, perfectly suited to the city streets of London, or anywhere. This song is not just good for London, it is perfect for anywhere and anytime. It has a versatilty that does not try to hard at all, but that has that secrey formula that makes it a legend.
