Add New Review About The Artist The Reviews about The Jeff Healey Band (page 1/1) all of his albums | Reviewer: valeda | 10/24/2008 for me the "day the music died" was when jeff went on to greener music pastures-with the likes of stevie ray and the rest. his songs can STILL fire me up-make me cry-for both good & sad reasons-unwind me after a stressful time-well you can see jeff's music hit all facets of my life-as I KNOW IT DID FOR MANY MANY MORE. i've read so much about him and others who had difficulties in/with their life-and-because of that made the most fantastic music, art, poetry, and books came out of thier lives. but to me jeff healey ranks #1 and will always. as i sit here and type this-i'm listening the best of his music-"see the light" c.d. for the past 20 years it has stayed as my favorite-and that's a hell of a lot of years musically speaking. i have a ph.d in paleontology and i'm a doctor of archaeology & i was 32 when "see the light" came out. my copy went around the world and back. i wore it out and i now am my 8th copy!!!! i love all the bands c.d.'s-but "light" has way many special memories. (p.s. one copy was confiscated in Mongolia for being subversive-hahahahaha) thank-you for letting me rave-on about jeff. Add New Review About The Artist
