It boggles me that this song never really made the mainstream. While I don't usually listen to that kind of music, this song is very radio-friendly and I don't see why it wouldn't be one of their hits. Interestingly enough, "Cut Here" is an anagram of "The Cure", and was meant to be the last song they ever wrote. Siouxsie also wrote a song for Billy, 'Say' released by The Creatures.
