A far better (and much better known) version was released by Gerry Marsden & The Pacemakers... I think it's the ONLY cover of a Beatles' song better than the Beatles' own version. It's a great site. I heard this for the first time recently when I bought the Beatles Live at the BBC. It has 26 songs they never released, but sang live on the radio show "Pop Go the Beatles" in the early '60's.
