(26th feb. 2007) I was sitting here and I had never heard this song. I wanted to get some more stuff by 69 and I was already impressed with the duet between H.I.M. and 69 in "Dark Secret Love". I spotted that Valo was in on making "Dawn" and thought I'd check it out. And I got another winner! This song gives me a feeling of calmness and just like Marina said, I feel like I'm somewhere else when I listen to it. The lyrics were like a brick in the face cuz of my loss and I find it somewhat weird that I stumbled upon this song at this moment. But everything happens for a reason... I find "Dawn" very emotionally relieving... The music has en edge but is kept very silent by Valo and Jyrki's choir-like singing. "Dawn" is a must in every 69 fan's collection! The 69 Eyes is an awesome band. The video has Ville Valo in it. He is the lead singer of my favorite band H.I.M. This song has amazing lyrics and a melody that is just unforgettable.
