This song is the perfect description of so many relationships that my friends whine about or even one or two that I have been in myself. When you first start a relationship, everything is new and exciting but slowly you get comfortable, and things get a little boring. (this is a proven fact) and you just want it to be new and exciting again, you can to be back in the persons head when all they can think about is you. I love this song, and tegan and sara. my favorite line is "Repeat, repeat, the words that I know we both have said". Saying I love you, is such a big step the first time you say it, and then it eventually becomes automatic. My job is customer service over the phone and I have had random customers say it after I tell them to have a nice day, its just such an automatic thing. Of course, that is hilarious and awkward for them, which is fun, though.

I was with friends when I first heard this song. Amazing the argument we got into over the lyrics "I'm not unfaithfull but I'll stray" I guess it takes a certain kind to understand them.

...And then your mom tied me to the couch. | Reviewer: Caylyn | 9/21/2007
So pretty much. I love this song. I love the composition, the video, and their voices.
It's a bit repeatative, but overall. . . spectacular.
